Moneda Única, a financial magazine specialising in international trade, devoted a special report in its July issue to highlighting the task of Spanish brands as locomotive engines for the Made in Spain brand and underlines the increasingly intense teamwork between the Leading Brands of Spain Forum and the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX).

The Leading Brands of Spain Forum is considered a strategic partner of the Spanish Trade Administration and, in particular, of its main executing wing, ICEX. This is how it is seen by the Moneda Única magazine in its July issue, in which it highlights the importance of the collaboration between ICEX and FMRE in order to improve the commercial image of Spain overseas through the work of leading Spanish brands. The magazine mentioned the collaboration agreement between the two institutions, signed for the 2007 Support Plan for Spanish Brands, which means that FMRE will take part in the promotion of the scheme and be responsible for studying the different plans, and issuing a qualitative analysis.

The report also explains the importance of the Spanish Ambassador Brand Plan, which is an initiative presented by FMRE to the Trade Administration. The project aims for collaboration between leading Spanish brands and the Spain Brand by associating the positive international image of our companies and their sectors with the Spain Brand.
